There will be Mass with other English-speaking Pilgrims at the Podium at 9.45am on Monday 26th May 2008.

There will be a Reconciliation Service in the Underground Basilica (Pius X) on Sunday 25th May 2008 at 2pm.

There will be Mass with Children’s Liturgy at the Esplanade at 10am on Sunday 25th May 2008.

If the weather is inclement the Mass will take place at an alternative venue.

The formal opening Mass of the pilgrimage takes place at St Bernadette’s (Carmel) at 2pm on Saturday 24th May 2008.

There will be Stations of the Cross for Hotel Pilgrims at 11am on Saturday 24th May 2008.

On the morning of Saturday 24th May 2008 pilgrims have the opportunity to tour the town or the Domain (the Grotto and surrounding religious area).

As many of the pilgrims may still be making their way to Lourdes the formal opening Mass of the pilgrimage takes place on the following day.

The VIP Flight to Lourdes leaves Durham Tees Valley Airport at 8pm on Friday 23rd May, 2008.

The flight is due to arrive at Tarbes Airport at 10:50
